YourFocus Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using YourFocus (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be 13 years or older (or the minimum digital‑consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Creating an account requires accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

3. Service Description

YourFocus provides an AI conversational companion and an optional blocking layer that introduces a short reflective pause before launching designated social‑media applications. Features may change over time.

4. Licence & Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, revocable, non‑transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. YourFocus and its licensors retain all rights in the Service. You may not reverse‑engineer, modify or create derivative works except as expressly permitted by law.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Use the Service to generate or disseminate unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content;
Attempt to bypass the block timer or interfere with the Service’s operation;
Introduce malware, conduct penetration tests without consent, or scrape data;
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of text you input ("User Content"). By submitting it, you grant YourFocus a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, store, and process your Content to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide the Content.
